Dick joined EHS in 1996, bringing with him a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master's degree in Biology - Education. Winner of the 2005 Ecolab Sanitation Citation Award for Excellence from the Missouri Milk, Food and Environmental Health Association, Dick is also a Certified Food Safety Professional, a Registered Food Safety Trainer and a Certified Pool Inspector. Previous to his position as Sanitarian, Dick served with our Hazardous Materials Management program.
