Food Handler Safety
This course discusses the basics of food handling safety. Every food handler must obtain a Food Handler Certificate within 30 days of employment. Certification is required on an annual renewal basis.
In-depth course into the management of sanitation practices within a food facility. A 5-year certification is issued upon successful completion of the class. A sanitation management certification is required of all persons who will be in charge of a food facility at any time.
