Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standard (CFATS)
CFATS Survey Closed March 3, 2008
The electronic survey is now closed and is being processed by EHS. If you have chemicals on the the CFATS Worksheet (PDF), and you have not yet reported them, please contact Todd Houts via email or phone (573) 882-7018 ASAP and we will work out an alternate method for you to report your chemicals.
