Chemical Management Online Refresher (CMOR)

Welcome to the EHS Online Training System. This online refresher course is presented as a convenient alternative to repeating the instructor-led classroom training to meet your refresher training requirements. This online course requires Adobe Flash (formerly Macromedia Flash.) If you are unable to access this system for any reason, we recommend you attend classroom training by returning to the Chemical Safety Training Page to register for an instructor-led course.

This course uses a commercial web site called "response-o-matic" for collecting your information at the end and sending it to EHS; we apologize for any pop-up ads that may appear from that site, and we are working to replace that functionality with something hosted on MU servers.

Important Instructions

This course is only intended for refresher training. If you have not attended either instructor-led classroom course "Chemical Management for Chemical Workers" or "Chemical Management for Ancillary Workers" prior to this online refresher, you will not receive credit for this course. If you have not attended classroom training, return to the Chemical Safety Training Page to register for an instructor-led course.

This presentation will take approximately two hours to complete and includes 3 short quizzes and will open several browser windows. There are two points in the presentation that are logical places to take a break, but do not close any training browser windows until the presentation is completed, or you will have to resume the presentation from the beginning. You must complete the entire presentation and submit the required information below at the end to receive course credit.

Gather Required Information Now

Before you begin, there are some pieces of information that will be required in order to process your registration. Make sure you have these handy:

  • Your Registered User's name
  • Your Registered User's number (4 digits; assigned by Hazardous Material Services group within EHS)
  • Your Department
  • Your e-mail address
  • Your 8-digit MU employee number or student number

You will not receive credit for this course unless all of the above information is submitted at the end.
