If the individual is CONSCIOUS:
- Call for an ambulance (911) if requested by the individual.
If at the Columbia Regional Hospital, call (573) 876-9333. If at Ellis Fischel Cancer Center, call (573) 882-6700.
If at University Hospital call 882-7979. If at Missouri Rehabilitation Center, dial the operator.
- If the injured party is a University employee, assist them in contacting a care facility authorized by Worker's Compensation, (573) 882-7019.
If urgent care is needed, proceed directly to the Urgent Care Center at University Hospital and Clinics. For emergency care, the employee may proceed to the nearest medical facility for treatment.
- If the individual is a student and fully conscious, call Student Health Services, (573) 882-7481, and give information.

If the individual is UNCONSCIOUS:
- Call for an ambulance (911).
If at the Columbia Regional Hospital, call (573) 876-9333. If at Ellis Fischel Cancer Center, call (573) 882-6700. If at University Hospital, call (573) 882-7979. If at Missouri Rehabilitiation Center, dial the operator.
- Do not move the individual unless authorized by some medical authority, or is obvious that delay in movement would be detrimental to the individual.
- Call the MU Police Department, (573) 882-7201.
- Notify appropriate supervisors.
