Forms or Radionuclide Data Sheets

Yes, all the forms in the Web RSM are now in Word and in PDF files. Use the new Word files to fill out all forms on the computer.
Can I submit a completed form electronically?
We are working to upgrade our data management system to facilitate on-line entering of many of our forms. But we are not there yet. And we are not accepting e-mail notices at this time. We will keep users posted on any progress in this matter.
