Changes in RSM

How do I know when changes have been made in the Web Radiation Safety Manual?

All changes are listed in "What's Changed in the Web RSM" section. Normally, your Radiation Safety Committee Representative will e-mail each of their Assigned Authorized Users to let them know about significant changes made in the Authorized User, Radiation Worker, Administrator, Ancillary Worker or any other section of the RSM.

How do I know what changes have been made in the Web Radiation Safety Manual?

A history of all the changes to the Web RSM is listed in What's Changed in the Web RSM.

How do I know what changes have been made in an updated procedure or form?

All changes and additions to an updated procedure are marked in red. Deletions are not marked. Changes in this FAQs section are not marked.

Forms or Radionuclide Data Sheets

Can I fill out a form on the computer?

Yes, all the forms in the Web RSM are now in Word and in PDF files. Use the new Word files to fill out all forms on the computer.

Can I submit a completed form electronically?

We are working to upgrade our data management system to facilitate on-line entering of many of our forms. But we are not there yet. And we are not accepting e-mail notices at this time. We will keep users posted on any progress in this matter.
