The purpose of this class is to train employees to recognize the impact of noise on hearing, know the recommended noise exposure limits, wear the provided hearing protection in hazardous noise level areas, and recognize how their company's Hearing Conservation Program protects workers' hearing.

This course is hosted by HSI and can be found in EHS Assistant Training Portal.  If the training course is not assigned to you it can also be found under "Additional Resources" in the HSI portal. The training should take about 20 minutes to complete. You should turn off pop-up blockers before clicking the link below to begin the training.

The Hearing Conservation course is comprised of one module:  EHS747 Hearing Conservation Training.  You must complete the module and score at a minimum 80% on the assessment to receive credit for this course.
