Food trucks operating on University property must undergo routine inspections conducted by the University Sanitarian. To be authorized to operate on campus or adjacent streets, all food trucks must complete the University's application and approval process.

For current vendor hours and locations, please refer to each vendor’s individual website.

If you would like to request a food truck or cart for your event:

• You must coordinate with the Reservations Office.
• Select a vendor that is under contract with the University (see approved list below).
• Obtain a Temporary Food Permit. Include link
• Adhere to all University safety and operational guidelines.

Important Restrictions:
Food trucks may not operate:

• Curbside on roads open to unrestricted vehicular traffic.
• Adjacent to designated fire lanes.
